AGIRA ("the Service") is an AI-powered investor relations automation platform that generates draft communications, including but not limited to emails, LinkedIn posts, and follow-up messages, based on user-provided writing samples and preferences.
All content generated by AGIRA is draft material intended for human review and approval before use. AGIRA does not send any communications on your behalf without your explicit approval. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before distribution.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or statements that do not reflect your views. You must review all output for accuracy, compliance with applicable regulations, and alignment with your firm's policies before use.
AGIRA is not a compliance tool and does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. While we include content guardrails designed to flag common compliance concerns (such as performance claims or solicitation language), these guardrails are not a substitute for review by qualified legal or compliance professionals. You remain solely responsible for ensuring all communications comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to FINRA, SEC, and state securities regulations.
AGIRA is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is as listed at the time of purchase. Founder's Circle pricing is locked for 24 months from the subscription start date, after which standard pricing applies. All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. Refund requests must be submitted via email to the address listed below. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for partial months.
Your use of AGIRA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
You retain all rights to content you provide to AGIRA (writing samples, investor letters, etc.) and to content you approve and distribute. AGIRA retains rights to the underlying platform, algorithms, and technology.
AGIRA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to regulatory actions, reputational harm, or financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
